Terms of Service

The short version

NudgeTable is a personal-reminder app provided by Aegyrix LLC. It’s free while we’re small. We try to keep it stable and your data private. By using the app or this website, you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn’t work for you, please contact us before using the service.

Who we are

NudgeTable is operated by Aegyrix LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). The service is delivered through nudgetable.app (web app, iOS app), api.nudgetable.app (sync and authentication API), and nudgetable.com (marketing and support).

Accounts

You don’t need an account to try the app — many features work local-first in your browser. If you sign in (via Apple, Google, Microsoft, GitHub, a passkey, or an emailed sign-in code), you agree that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you’re responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to compromise other accounts, attack our infrastructure, or use the service to send spam or unlawful content.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use NudgeTable to store, send, or distribute unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our servers, or any related systems.
  • Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service except as expressly permitted (for example, your own calendar feed).
  • Don’t use the service to send unsolicited bulk email or push notifications to people who haven’t opted in.

Your content

Reminders, table names, notes, and other content you put into NudgeTable belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, render, and back up that content solely to operate the service for you and the collaborators you invite. We don’t use your content to train models or sell it to anyone.

Sharing and collaboration

When you invite someone to a table, they can see and (depending on their role) modify the content of that table. Invite links and calendar feed URLs are bearer-style — anyone with the link can use them. You can revoke invites and rotate calendar feeds from inside the app at any time.

Service changes and availability

We’re a small team. We aim for high uptime, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free operation. We may change features, pricing, or limits over time; if a change materially reduces what you get, we’ll try to give reasonable notice through the app or the contact email on your account.

Pricing

NudgeTable is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, existing accounts will get clear notice and an explicit choice before being charged.

Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account or stop using NudgeTable at any time. When you tap Delete account in Settings, we immediately stop authenticating your sessions and place the account into a 7-day grace window. During those 7 days you can recover the account by signing back in and choosing Keep my account; the app surfaces a restore prompt automatically. After the 7 days elapse, your account and associated data are permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what gets removed and the retention details. If you want an immediate purge with no grace window, contact us through the support form.

We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the service.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegyrix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed reminders, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, what we store, and how we handle it. By using NudgeTable, you also agree to the privacy practices described there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app or in your signed-in email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
